Ride planning

• Ride leaders use this planning worksheet to plan their rides. Also available as a Word document .

• Ride leaders must familiarize themselves with these instructions explaining how to handle an accident on their ride, and must always carry a copy of the LAB accident report form on the ride.

Ride day forms

• Ride leaders should use this form to keep track of participating riders. Front side is for club members. Reverse is for guests

• Anyone under 18 participating in a club ride must have a signed release form. If you are expecting minors on your ride, make sure you have these forms available.

• Ride leaders should always carry a copy so that all incident details can be recorded at the site. The form includes a short list of instructions explaining what must be done on the ride. Complete instructions, including what to do after the ride, can be found here.
